We're thrilled to announce the release of our 2025 summer blend! This limited edition roast comes from our partner farms in the highlands of El Salvador, specifically from the renowned Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range.
Our summer blend features bright notes of chocolate, caramel, and a hint of citrus with a smooth, balanced finish. It's perfect for both hot and iced coffee preparations, making it the ideal companion for the summer months.
The Story Behind the Blend
This year's summer blend comes from the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador, known for producing some of the country's finest coffees. The high altitude (1,500-1,800 meters above sea level) and rich volcanic soil create ideal growing conditions for exceptional coffee.
We've worked directly with the Mendez family for the past three years, ensuring fair compensation and sustainable farming practices. By cutting out middlemen, we're able to provide better prices to farmers while still offering exceptional coffee to our customers.
